Georgia Pitbull – Hero for the second time…

Titan The Pitbull again came to the rescue of Gloria Benton as reported by Fox5 News out of Lawrenceville, Ga.

The pit bull from Lawrenceville, Ga., is being celebrated as a hero after he saved his master’s wife–not once, but twice.

Apparently John Benton was headed out to work one day in July 2011 when the 6-year-old dog, Titan, started behaving strangely.

Here’s how Fox5 New5 reported it

“He was barking and growling and then ran down the steps and got between me and the door,” Benton told Fox5 in Atlanta. Benton turned around and went upstairs. There he found his wife, Gloria, had a brain aneurysm, and had fallen and suffered what turned out to be a skull fracture.

“The doctors said that if it had not been for this dog, if he had let me leave that house, she would have either bled to death or the aneurysm would have killed her,” Benton told the TV station.

My hats off to Titan, There know better time to show or stuff when so many people have been striking out against the Pit Bull Breed.

This here along show Pitbulls are no different than any other breed of dog and are as dedicated to there owners as any other breed of dog, maybe more so…

I think you’ll find Gloria and John Benton will agree, It’s the up bringing of the dog that causes the problems not the dog itself. Pitbulls can be genital loving companions as well as any other breed of dog.

Personally I think in many cases it should be the owners that should be doing the time if its been found that the dog has been trained to fight or attack, if they injure or kill someone.

Unfortunately we live in a City ( Whitehall, Ohio) which stand against Pitbulls and we must keep ours pretty much cage to keep them. If Whitehall had there way they would have them all kill or put down. This is also the way the the Human Society view it in Columbus Ohio too!

Human Society rule here in Ohio is if it is not claimed after 72 hour to put it down( seems real Human uh) , just because it a Pitbull. That’s why we have Harley, he’s about 2 to 3 years old and a great dog. He was found in our yard looking for food, we looked for the owners but could not find them.

So to save his life we kept him knowing that if we took him to the Human Society he be dead in 72 hours

There are a few bad owner making a real bad name for this breed, they are not the only dog that bites. there just the only dog breed that gets reported. I never seen “Poodle bites mail man at 10” have you. I betting that if the truth was know there are more small dog attacks, than one’s done by pitbulls.

Titan, keep up the good work my friend, the world loves you. Kept showing your stuff and help your cousins out.

We need more good reports about Pitbulls

Gloria and John Benton “Thanks for being such great Owners” It’s your great care and love, that makes him love you so much.

We love are pits
